Over 75% of our workforce has been with us over 10 years, which we are proud of, but recently, there was one guy that I was sure I could smell alcohol on. Then, it was brought to my attention by a manager that he could too, but we had no idea what to do. If both the manager and I could smell it then we were sure our customers would too.

We spoke to Rob who implemented a Drug and Alcohol policy that enabled us to test if we had a suspicion. Rob then came and tested a sample of our workforce and he was over the limit. The risk this put the rest of the workforce, our customers and the Company at was huge.
